Privacy Policy
This policy describes how PRHQ handles your information — and why it keeps as little of it as possible.
Information PRHQ handles
- GitHub account details: your GitHub account ID and login, used to identify your account and license.
- GitHub App installations: installation IDs used to connect the repositories you authorize.
- Pull request and check metadata: repository, pull request, review, and CI/check details processed to deliver notifications. PRHQ temporarily stores up to 100 pull request identities, titles, repository names, and canonical URLs per user for no more than 30 days so later check notifications can retain their pull request title.
- Automatic update checks: the macOS app periodically contacts the PRHQ update service to retrieve update availability and release information.
- Crash diagnostics: launch builds may send redacted crash reports, app version, operating-system context, and stack traces to Sentry. Authentication data and notification message bodies are not intended to be included.
Payments
Checkout, subscription management, and payment processing are hosted by Stripe. PRHQ does not collect or store your card details.
How information is used
Information is used to pair your Mac, route GitHub notifications, operate your trial and subscription, provide support, and protect the service. The pull request title cache expires after 30 days and cache reads do not extend that period.
